JOE PASZKOWSKI
Winner of Washington’s Sportsman of the year for 2008

Many people were nominated for this coveted award but Joe came out on top.  Joe is ALWAYS a good sport and encourages good sportsmanship where ever he goes.  He is an ambassador of the game of table shuffleboard and respects other people’s rights.  He obeys the rules of fair play and sets a good example for other’s to follow.  Joe is well liked by his fellow players because of his calm and mellow demeanor.  His game has steadily improved over the last few years and will probably continue to get better all the time.

Congratulations Joe!!  You are very deserving of this great honor because you most truly represent sportsmanship in Washington State.

Joe will be receiving his award at The Northwest Shuffleboard Extravaganza held at the Little Creek Casino and Resort in Shelton, WA over the Memorial Day Weekend.  The exact dates will come at a later time.
