Although the weather was chilly and treacherous outside, it does not phase the determination of shuffleboard players meeting for a tournament.

Feb 17th & 18th Springfield Eagles 3934 hosted the 5th annual Springfield He/She tournament. A record number of 30 teams faced off for competition. 19 teams in division I and 11 teams in division II. The break was add to 5.7 combined, and resulted in some phenomenal match plays climbing their way to the top.

Nobody had an excuse to go hungry. The ladies auxiliary ritual team was fast with ladle and spatula to feed hungry players with a delicious array of dishes. Thanks girls, we appreciate the long hours you put in to keep us nourished.

Thanks to the Eagles # 3934 for the nice facility in which we can meet and have these tournaments. It is great for Springfield to boast of a neat atmosphere to gather and play our game of shuffleboard. Come join us May 5th & 6th for the next tournament!
